My daughter was part of the Stars organization for 5 years. During that time, she grew from shy and unsure to a self-confident, strong, motivated young lady. All of her Stars coaches not only fully prepared her make the high-school team, but they also cultivated a love of the sport! The Stars coaches created a warm, friendly team atmosphere where my daughter made strong connections with the coaches and other pommers that still exist today. I am very grateful to the South Lyon Stars for helping my daughter find her passion through hard-work, fun, and encouragement. Thank you Coach Meredith, Coach Stacy, and Coach Jenna for all the time and energy you put into the team, and for truly caring about your Stars girls.

I'm beyond thankful for the South Lyon Stars program. This program has guided my girls down a path that has taught them friendship, hardwork, determination, responsibility, self expression and so much more. I have had two girls that have gone through the program one for 2 years and one for 5 including minis. The Stars program developed my girls into the most amazing pommers which set them up amazingly for high school Pom but also gave them the self-esteem and friendships that will last a lifetime. Stars is much more than a pom program. The coaches guide them in being amazing humans who build each other up, cheer one another on, on the field and off the field. The coaches are perfect role models for this as they continue to cheer my girls on from another team with the same amount of love and admiration
